Tidesong plays generated soundscapes based on real coastlines, with a sleep timer and an optional wake-up. It is licensed to you, not sold, for personal non-commercial use on devices you own or control.
Prices are in US dollars and may differ in your storefront; the price shown at purchase is the price you pay. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the period ending.
Manage or cancel a subscription in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your device. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current period runs to its end. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when a subscription is purchased.
All purchases are made through Apple and are subject to Apple's terms. Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us.
Without a purchase you get one permanently free beach, a second that changes weekly, sessions up to two hours, and one full-length night each week. We may adjust what the free tier includes; anything you have paid for is unaffected.
The alarm depends on your device being on, charged, and with sound enabled, and on the operating system letting the app keep running. It is a pleasant way to wake up, not a guarantee. Do not rely on it alone for anything that matters — set a second alarm for flights, medication, or work.
Tidesong is not a medical device and makes no medical claim. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition, including insomnia. Speak to a doctor about persistent sleep problems. Listen at a comfortable volume; sustained loud audio can damage hearing.
The soundscapes, catalogue, text, and artwork are ours. Bird recordings used in the wake-up are third-party works under open licences and are credited inside the app. Beach names are used descriptively to identify real places and imply no affiliation or endorsement.
Tidesong is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and you may have rights under your local consumer law that these terms do not affect.
